The room was filthy upon arrival. I found dirty linens and trash left behind from previous guests. The bathroom had mold everywhere, and the shower was unusable due to the condition. It felt like an unsanitary environment, and I couldn't believe how the staff allowed this neglect.

Terribly Disappointing Experience
